“This was by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in, from the helping up the stairs when we first arrived to the puppy kisses from Bubble (pup). What a welcome!

There was the popcorn at night to the fireworks from the balcony with the special glasses which I will treasure. This is such a warm welcoming place, I hope I can come back.

Everything about this place is amazing. Clean rooms comfy bed and pillows. I will be choosing this hotel as the vacation destination for me and my kids for now on. Absolutely 💯 love it here

Stayed for a road race for 2 nights and the woman at the front desk got up early to start coffee because she knew many people were staying for the race. I appreciated her doing that for us. Beds were very comfortable. Having a balcony to watch the race from was great for those who weren't running. There was some free breakfast too which was nice. Hot water took a few minutes but not a big deal. I am surprised by the negative reviews I see on here, for hamtpon beach this was nice. Location is great with a view of the beach.

Beach front ocean views. Amazing staff with Beautiful views. Super close to EVERYTHING. Located right in the heart of the strip. Close parking, it’s only one block away. Ocean front rooms with private balconies, are perfect for fireworks night (every Wednesday night at 9pm) a plus is that the fireworks display happens directly across from this hotel. So it’s basically the best view for the show. In your own private space. The lovely staff makes popcorn every night and it was great for fireworks night. The kids LOVED it!! Continental breakfast is also included! We had a great time, everything was clean and renovated. Our room even had a jacuzzi bathtub, with jets! Although we were told that not all of the rooms have this luxury, some rooms have really small bathrooms. This building is also a historical landmark of the town. Which was pretty cool to see all the photos of the building since the early 1900’s. It’s family owned and operated. Which is also super cool, because if you need anything they are right on top of it, because they care.

I recently stayed at the Moulton Hotel with my family. This included 6 adults and 4 kids. We truly enjoyed our rooms that were connected with a large balcony. This gave us plenty of room to sit outside comfortably and it was super private.
The location was perfect being only a stones throw away from the beach. This made for easy trips back and forth to the room. Also, the beds are extremely comfortable.
I truly enjoyed the porch over looking the beach in the early morning sipping a cup of coffee and just hanging with the kids as they had their breakfast.
Parking is not that big a deal. If they can't fit you behind the building. Their is over night parking a couple hundred feet directly behind the hotel. Yes, you have to pay out of pocket. But it's Hampton Beach parking is tight, get over it. It was not expensive and its a safe lot.
When it comes down to it, the Moulton Hotel is a family owned establishment that is a historic part of Hampton Beach. The best part of my stay was talking with the owner and his lovely daughter Michelle. I learned about the history of the hotel and they clearly take pride in their heritage.
With that said the Moulton Hotel is the "heart" of Hampton Beach and we will be back!

The best location in Hampton Beach! Right on the beach!! Total beach hotel and the owners are on premises for anything you need. Check in easy, park your car easy and then forget about everything. Walk to dinner and the bandshell, spend the day on the beach and your right across the street to your room directly in the heart of Ocean Bvd. We totally appreciate The Moulton looking forward to going back.
